After-sales service: replacement service and warranty service.

Fill in the repair application form and send it back together with the product to be repaired.

You may request a replacement if

√ Within 15 calendar days of receipt, the product is found to have been damaged in transit;

√ Within 15 calendar days of receipt, the product shows a performance fault that is not man-made.

We may refuse a replacement if

× The request is made more than 15 calendar days after receipt;

× No valid proof of purchase can be provided, or the documents have been forged or altered;

× The returned item is incomplete, or its appearance has been damaged by human action;

× EFY technical support finds no quality defect;

× Damage results from collision or burning not caused by a product defect, or from unauthorized modification, ingress of foreign matter (water, oil, sand…), incorrect installation, or use contrary to the manual;

× Labels, serial numbers or waterproof marks have been torn or altered;

× Damage was caused by force majeure — fire, flood, lightning, traffic accident and the like.

Free warranty service applies when

√ A performance fault that is not man-made appears during normal use within the product's warranty period;

√ The product has not been disassembled, modified or fitted with additions outside the official manual, and the fault is not otherwise man-made;

√ Valid proof of purchase is provided.

Free warranty service does not cover

× Collision or burning caused by human action rather than a product defect;

× Damage from unauthorized modification, disassembly or opening of the housing;

× Damage from incorrect installation, use or operation contrary to the manual;

× Damage from repairs or fitting of parts by the customer without official guidance;

× Damage from improper circuit modification not covered by the official manual;

× Damage from operation not in accordance with the product manual;

× Damage from operation in harsh conditions — strong wind, rain, sand and dust;

× Damage from operation in complex electromagnetic or strong-interference environments — mines, transmission towers, high-voltage lines, substations;

× Damage from operation under interference from other wireless devices — transmitters, video links, Wi-Fi;

× Damage from taking off above the safe take-off weight;

× Damage from forced flight with aged or damaged parts;

× Damage from flying with insufficient charge or with faulty batteries that under-deliver;

× Product serial numbers, factory labels or other markings torn or altered;

× Damage arising from flight in no-fly zones.

Other notes

√ If inspection shows the product does not qualify for free repair, you may choose paid repair or have the product returned as is.

√ If the problem is outside the warranty (for example man-made damage), we charge inspection, parts, testing, labor and courier fees according to the specific issue.

√ Repair may cause data loss — please back up your data first.

√ Out-of-warranty products may use our paid data-analysis service; the result does not affect the final handling plan.

√ To protect your rights, check the product on receipt for damage (including transit damage). Report any abnormality within 7 days of signing; otherwise the product is deemed undamaged and working.
